Marie E. (Reilly) Lightizer June 8, 1960 - October 21, 2020

Newton, NH – Marie E. (Reilly) Lightizer, 60, wife of Mark D. Lightizer, passed away October 21, 2020 at High Pointe Hospice surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Amesbury, she was the daughter of Shirley J. (Hart) Reilly of Merrimac and the late Dennis J. Reilly, Sr. Raised and educated in the Merrimack Valley she was a graduate of Pentucket High School. Marie was employed for many years in retail management at the former AT&T and Lucent. She was a lifelong fan of NASCAR racing and often went to the racetrack as well as following the car races on television. Lovingly known as “Sweetpea”, Marie was the life of the party and when she was around it was hard not to have a good time. She loved to travel to Las Vegas with her husband Mark and to Foxwoods. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she will always be remembered as a fun loving and spirited woman. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her loving husband Mark, she is survived by her children, Matthew Lightizer and his wife Samantha of Newmarket, NH; Robert Lightizer and his wife Katelyn of Newton, NH; John Mooradian of Hampton, NH; brother Dennis Reilly Jr. and his long- time partner Judy Murphy of Merrimac; her beloved grandchildren, Owen and Emma Lightizer, Abigale Snell and Annelies Lightizer; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
