Conrad C. Dow June 10, 1941 - March 16, 2021

Bradford – Conrad C. Dow, 79, husband of Ruth M. (Cyr) Dow, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Lebanon, NH, he was the son of the late Cedric C. and Mary (Buxton) Dow.

Conrad was a hardworking man who was a master woodworker. Known as a talented carpenter he was a custom furniture builder and was employed at Plycraft in Lawrence for many years. He built many of the furniture pieces in his home today. In later years, Conrad worked at Papa Ginos in the Haverhill area. He like to walk and was a people person, enjoying meeting friends for breakfast at the Village Square in Bradford. Conrad had a quick wit and a fun sense of humor that kept his family laughing. He will be sorely missed by all his family and friends.

Surviving Conrad is his loving wife Ruth with whom he shared 38 years of marriage; his sons, Conrad C. Dow Jr. and his wife Lory of Haverhill; Ronald P. Dow and his wife Martha D. of Derry, NH; Kevin P. Dow of Plaistow, NH; his grandson Eric Dow; his brothers Cedric Dow of Concord, NH and Ken Dow of Methuen; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.

    To Ruth, Kevin & Family
    I am so sorry for your loss.
    I feel fortunate to have known Conrad.
    He always had Ruth and Kevin’s backs.
    He did so much to help Ruth at her restaurant even after retiring. We had many great conversation and he always brought a smile to my face with his humor.
    I know Heaven will be a bit brighter!
    I hope you can all continue to think about all the great memories you have.
