Haverhill – Anthony Fabrizio, 66, husband of Karin (DeSimone) Fabrizio, passed away April 26 at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston.

Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Gerardo and Angela (Petrillo) Fabrizio. He was a steel worker for many years with Crystal Steel in Middleton. Anthony was an avid sports fan and loved watching sports and the Scifi channel on TV. He enjoyed playing softball in his youth. With his wife, he loved to travel to Las Vegas and Foxwoods. A favorite pastime was listening to the Oldies music. Devoted to his family, he was loved by his children, grandchildren, great grandchild and all who knew him. Anthony will be sorely missed.

In addition to his loving wife Karin, he is survived by his children, Angela DeSimone of Saugus; Julie Fabrizio of Danvers; Anthony Fabrizio of Danvers and Kimberly Wilson and her husband Matt of Lebanon, ME; grandchildren, Jonathan, Ritchie, Jerry, Caden, Chelsea and Taylor; great grandchild Jonathan; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Concetta Edelstein and Gerardo Fabrizio.

    Karin I’ve been thinking of Tony for a month. And to find out he passed away a few months ago I am shocked to hear about his passing. We had nice times together in Peabody. Tony always had us laughing. My sincere condolences to you and you and your family
