Scott E. Smith, 63, husband of Jane E. Mansfield, died on Tuesday, May 16 at the High Pointe Hospice House, in Haverhill.

Scott was born in Haverhill on December 1, 1959 to Charles and Donna (Mosher) Smith.  He was educated in Haverhill schools and graduated from Whittier Vocational Technical High School, Class of 1977.  Scott was a great tennis player in high school and as a young man he was active in scouts and Demolay. He was always hard working as a truck driver for FW Web where they were like a family and supported him throughout his illness. Scott was a Patriots and Nascar fan. He enjoyed playing golf, cooking, going to the beach and especially loved spending time with his wife.  Scott was a devoted husband, brother, father, and grandfather.

Scott is survived by his wife Jane Ellen Mansfield, stepchildren Christopher Rivera and Tara Paradis, and step-grandchildren Jaycob, Adam, Ava, and Jayvin. He also leaves behind brothers Charles C. Smith and wife Elizabeth Smardz, and Keith E. Smith and partner Nan Paradis.

Scott was predeceased by siblings Bonnie Chapman, Pauline Bunker and Dawn M. Burke.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, May 21 from 1PM until 3PM, followed by a funeral service at 3PM  at the Kevin B.
