Joan P. (Peabody) Driscoll, 91 April 14, 1933 - July 13, 2024

BOXFORD – Joan P. (Peabody) Driscoll, 91, of Boxford passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 13 at Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport.

Joan was born in Lynn to Joseph E. and Yvonne (Frazier) Peabody. She was a graduate of Lynn English High School, Class of 1951. Joan worked as a bookkeeper until her retirement; she enjoyed bingo and loved the beaches and the ocean and never missed her grandchildren’s sporting events. Joan was all about her family, a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt.

Joan is survived by her children Cynthia Reifel and her partner Patrick Churchyard of Beverly, Darlene Harris and her partner Donald Hutchings of Haverhill, Robert Driscoll, Jr. of Boxford, Douglas Driscoll of Boxford, Kendra Bornstein and her partner Jeff Diab of Bradford, and Stephanie Driscoll of Salisbury and former sons in law Harry Reifel and David Bornstein. She also leaves behind her six grandchildren Bruce Moulton, Ashley Cruz, Andrew Reifel, Cameron Scarpa, Louis Bornstein and Lacey Bornstein and her three great grandchildren Jaiden Cruz, Hailey Cruz an Cooper Moulton; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Ruth Sena, Dorothy Morehouse, Norma Kelly, Rita Calef, Marnie Derosier and Frank Peabody.
