Orlando, FL – Ann P (Clark) Harty-Wheeler, 83, wife of the late John J Harty II and the late Harold Wheeler, passed away at Celebration Hospital in Kissimmee, FL October 4, 2021.
Born in Lawrence, she was the daughter of the late John F. and Mary B. (Donovan) Clark. She was a graduate of Lawrence High School and continued her education obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College with a major in German and a minor in English. She worked a short time in the education field as a substitute teacher. Ann obtained her real estate license and was a broker for Ben Consoli Real Estate in Haverhill until the early 1990’s. During that time she served as President and all around helper with the Haverhill Board of Realtors and Haverhill Multiple listing service. Ann was involved with the City of Haverhill Chamber of Commerce and several other city organizations. She also served at the state level at the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. She was much loved by everyone and put her all into making sure her clients were happy. After moving to Florida she was employed as a cast member in customer service at the Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL from 1998 until her retirement in 2015.
Ann is survived by her children, Patricia A. Harty of Cocoa, FL; Kathleen M. Harty of Orlando, FL; John J. Harty III and his wife Janice of Manchester, NH; grandchildren, Timothy J. Veltsos and John J Veltsos, Audrey Harty, Caitlyn Harty; Kelsey Harty and James Harty; Sara A.(Taliento) and her husband Branden Lambert; Angela and Ryan Taliento and his wife Fabiola Taliento; one great grandchild, Charlotte A. Lambert; and several nieces and nephews. Ann was predeceased by her first husband, John J. Harty II, her second husband, Harold Wheeler, her son Thomas F. Harty and her sister Mary B. Peel.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, October 14 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at the funeral home Friday morning at 9:30AM with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated in St. John the Baptist Church, 110 Lincoln Ave, Haverhill at 10:30AM.
