Audrey J. (Heussi) Holmstrem December 28, 1965 - September 7, 2021

Haverhill – Audrey J. Holmstrem, 55, passed away suddenly September 7, 2021 at her home in Haverhill.

Born in Gloucester, she was the daughter of Harold Heussi and the late Meredith (Comstock) Heussi. She was raised in Essex and was a graduate of Gloucester High School, Class of 1984. Audrey was popular and had an outgoing personality. She was liked by everyone and was known for her strong opinions and her ability to express herself. Audrey lived in Florida and Texas before moving back to the North Shore area in 1996. A talented artist, she enjoyed drawing and making special cards for everyone. Audrey put everyone before herself, she was a giver and nurturer, always taking care of people. Her friend and neighbor, Franklin Knutkowski, who she cared for, was with her when she passed. She loved her family, her grandchildren and always took pride in her home. Always there to help, she will be missed by all who knew and loved them.

Audrey is survived by her children, Aja Mullarkey and her husband Jake of Essex; Alexandra Holmstrem of Dracut; grandchildren Eli Benjamin and Rowan Paige; brothers, Jeremy Heussi of Essex; Jonathan Heussi and Eric Heussi, both of Gloucester; sister, Adrienne Warren of Boothbay, ME; and nieces and nephews.

    We literally had a lifetime of fun, growing up together as cousins we were always friends. You will forever be in our hearts Audrey, as it couldn’t be any other way! You will be missed by so many for so many reasons for life will not be the same without you.
