Haverhill – David A. Newcomb, 56, husband of the late Carol (VanAvery) Newcomb, passed away October 28, 2020 at Leominster Hospital in Leominster.
Born in Oklahoma City, OK, he was the son of George Newcomb of Everett and Ann-Tonia (Scott) Newcomb of Ohio. He attended Lawrence Vocational School and attended Northern Essex Community College. David was employed as a computer programmer at Unicore in Boxford and Georgetown. He loved his family and attending yard sales with his wife Carol. With his wife, he traveled throughout New England, especially on Cape Cod. David will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
David is survived by his stepchildren, Rebecca Weir of Haverhill; Heidi Weir of Haverhill; Vivian Sayers of Concord, NH; Carrie Ingalls and her husband Al of Jacksonville, FL; Emily Weir of Santa Cruz, CA; Amanda Weir of Newton, NH; eighteen grandchildren and three great grandchild.
