She enjoyed traveling to Mexico every year and loved the beach. Elaine loved watching mystery TV shows and movies. She was an avid football fan and enjoyed rooting for her favorite team, the New England Patriots. Her idea of a perfect meal was a tasty margarita and a plate of nachos, as well as a hot dog with mustard and onions. She liked all genres of music with a special fondness for jazz standards and upbeat dance music, with Ella Fitzgerald and ABBA as her favorites. Elaine was a kind-hearted, generous, and loving woman with a cheery personality, a feisty attitude, who will be remembered for her warm smile, her infectious laugh and always wanting to dance. A devoted mother and sister, she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
