GROVELAND – Elizabeth A. “Betty” (Jones) Huberdeau, 75, widow of the late Gene R. Huberdeau, of Groveland passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 29 at her home in Groveland.
Elizabeth was born in Haverhill the daughter of Abbott O. and Patricia E. Jones. She was a graduate of Pentucket High School, Class of 1967. Betty had a long career in the healthcare industry as an office administrator for local doctors and hospital facilities, working at both the Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and Anna Jacques Hospital as well as for Dr. Joseph Andreas in Newburyport. Betty was an animal lover, she enjoyed being outdoors and walking on the beach, and going to Florida. She liked to watch the Celtics and Patriots and loved spending time with family. Betty will be fondly remembered as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Betty is survived by her mother Patricia E. Jones of North Conway, her son Adam and his wife Devon Huberdeau of Groveland, and her daughter Elizabeth “Liz” Cena of Tampa, FL. She also leaves behind her brother Craig Jones of North Conway and a sister Kathleen Jackson of Bradford, and a granddaughter Vivie Gene Huberdeau. She was predeceased by her brother Dennis Jones and sister Geraldine Pursell-Mears.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, June 5 from 4PM until 6:30PM, followed by a funeral home chapel service at 6:30PM at the Kevin B.
