Ellen “Ellie” Marie Campbell, 59 March 5, 1963 - October 26, 2022

Date of Funeral

November 4, 2022

Ellen “Ellie” Marie Campbell passed unexpectedly at her home on October 26, 2022.

Ellen was born on March 5, 1963 to George and Ellen O’Brien and spent her childhood surrounded by family and friends in East Boston, Massachusetts. She married her husband, Donny, on October 8, 1988 and relocated to Allston, Massachusetts where they started their family together. In 1995 they bought their home in Haverhill, Massachusetts where they created a strong and beautiful life for their children.

She dedicated her life to raising her four children, giving more to them than she did herself, while consistently ensuring they received all that they needed to live a healthy and successful life. Without question she became the full time caretaker of her mother which involved twenty-four hour care, incredible dedication and effortless love. Ellen lived her life with incredible and selfless loyalty to her family and friends. She illuminated a love and security that each person in her presence felt and anyone who entered her home instantly felt part of her family because of her warmth. The lives she leaves behind will forever have an absent light.

Ellen is survived by her mother, husband, four children, and her one grandchild. She is so loved by many and will be deeply and endlessly missed by all.

There will be a Celebration of Life in honor of Ellen at Maria’s Restaurant in Haverhill on November 4th from 4 – 8 pm. All that knew and loved Ellen are welcome to attend. Arrangements are in the care of the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. Please visit Comeau Funeral Home on Facebook or www.comeaufuneral.com
