Haverhill – Frank M. Welch, 56, husband of Cindy C. Welch, passed away July 31, 2021 at Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Boston, he was the son of Francis M. and Beverly J. (Dion) Welch. Raised and educated in Chelsea, he was a graduate of Chelsea High School, Class of 1983. Frank was a limo driver for many years and he had the opportunity to meet many celebrities over the years. He worked hard and played hard and was known for his great sense of humor. Frank loved his wife Cindy of 18 years, and loved to sit home, relax and play with his dog, Scrappy-Doo. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his loving wife Cindy, he is survived by his son, Frank M. Welch, Jr. of Melrose; grandson, Dante Welch; sister, Trisha Welch of East Boston; brothers, Vincent Welch of Billerica and Charles C. Welch of Lynn; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister in law Nancy Welch.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a calling hour from 10:00AM until 11:30AM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill.
