Haverhill – James K. Dick, 62, passed away November 16, 2021 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Boston after courageously fighting a long illness.

Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Mary (McDonald) Dick. Raised in Haverhill, he attended Haverhill schools and was a graduate of Haverhill High School, Class of 1977. James was a contractor, painter and carpenter for many years. He also worked at the paper mill, Haverhill Boxboard in Bradford. He loved the Boston Bruins and was an avid hockey player himself. James enjoyed playing his guitar, always loved teaching his children and grandchildren to play and loved all kinds of music. His biggest joys were spending time with his beloved grandchildren and his family. He will be missed by all his family and friends. James could light up a room with his contagious smile.
