Richard Potter, 77, of Haverhill, died on January 29, 2023 at the Edith Nourse Veterans Hospital in Bedford.
Richard was born in Haverhill on July 26, 1945 and was the son of the late Roland E. and Frances L. (Brown) Potter.
Richard was raised in Haverhill and attended Haverhill public schools. After high school he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and sevred during the Vietnam War. He drove for Courtesy Cab for many years.
Richard enjoyed doing his Sodoku books and doing his Jigsaw Puzzles. He also enjoyed taking his daily multiple trips to Dunkin Donuts.
Richard was the father of Diana J. Foucault of Haverhill. He was also the grandfather of Desiree Juliano, extended grandchildren Damion Stacy, and Adrianna Stacy all of Haverhill. He was predeceased by his siblings. He is also survived by his niece Valerie Roy.
