HAVERHILL – Sean Bowler, 28, of Haverhill, passed away on Sunday, March 10 at the St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Brighton.

Sean was born in Haverhill the son of Michael and Amy (Evans) Bowler. Born with XIA – Gibbs Syndrome, Sean was one in a million known to himself and many others as Superman. He was a graduate of the Life Skills Program at Haverhill High School, Class of 2015 and attended the adult day program at Coastal Connections in Amesbury.  Sean loved his work at Coastal Connections; with limited speech and mobility, he taught people patience and compassion. He was so special, at 28 years old Sean still believed in Santa Claus. Sean would usually make his first connection with people by way of a hearty game of peek-a-boo. He was the kindest, most thoughtful person to be around, loved his family and touched the lives of everyone he came in contact with.

Sean is survived by his parents Michael and Amy (Evans) Bowler of Haverhill, and his sisters Kelsey “Nugget” and Abigail Bowler “Big Boy Sister” of Haverhill; Nana  Maureen P. Bowler of Haverhill, Gramma and Grampa Shawna and Robert DeFrancesco of Derrfield, NH, great aunt Sharon A. Peters of Plaistow, NH, and uncle Bill McFarland and his wife Katie of Groveland; Numerous more uncles, aunts, and cousins. Sean was predeceased by grandfathers Grumpy, Paul S. Evans  and Pa, John P. Bowler, Auntie Lisa E. Evans, and sister Madelyn Bowler.
