Theresa M. (Yeo) Mitchell, 53 October 6, 1968 - June 7, 2022

Haverhill- Theresa M. (Yeo) Mitchell, 53, passed away on June 7, 2022 after a sudden illness.

Born in Newburyport to George B. and Victoria Jean (Colao) Yeo, she spent her early childhood in St. Louis, MO before returning to Haverhill. She attended Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School. For many years she was the manager of Dunkin Donuts in North Andover.

Theresa was a devoted wife and mother. She loved the water; some of her happiest days were spent at the lake and the ocean. Her favorite holiday was Halloween and she particularly loved that silly old bear, Winnie the Pooh. She loved spending time with her family and her dog Winston.

She is survived by her husband Kenneth E. Mitchell, Jr.; her son Kenneth E. Mitchell III; her sisters & best friends Patricia (Yeo) Pratt of Portland, ME and Ann M. Yeo of Lawrence; her brother- in- law Ian Pratt and nephew CJ Pratt of Portland, ME; her mother-in-law Edwina Mitchell of Boston, her sister-in-law Winnie Steere of Andover; and several aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins; all of whom loved her deeply.

She was predeceased by her father George B. Yeo of Newburyport and her brother David B. Yeo of Haverhill.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Sunday June 12, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home 486 Main Street Haverhill, MA 01830. A funeral service will be held at 4:30 PM in the funeral home.
