Anne Charlotte (LeBlanc) Pasek, 91

Salem, NH – Anne Charlotte (LeBlanc) Pasek, 91, passed away on Saturday, November 29, at the Holy Family Hospital in Methuen after a period of declining health.

Anne was born in Beverly, MA. She was the daughter of the late, Henry J. and Alma M. (Comeau) LeBlanc. She was raised in Hamilton, attended public schools and was a graduate of Hamilton High School, class of 1952. An artist by nature, she attended the Boston Photography School and the Ritner School of Floral Design. She worked as a floral designer for Peter Barter in Salem, MA and Wetterlow’s Florist in Manchester by the Sea.  She was also employed as a clerk at the Manchester by the Sea U.S. Post Office for several years. Along with her former husband and young family she moved about the country; living in Hamilton, Manchester by the Sea, Greenfield, CA, Albuquerque, NM, Anaheim, CA, back to Hamilton and then Manchester by the Sea.  After the children were grown, she moved to Beverly and after retirement settled in Salem, NH.

While living in Salem, she traveled the world with her childhood friend and partner Wayne Gauthier, relaxed while tending to her garden, and enjoyed snowmobiling, knitting, quilting and making floral arrangements. She was a member of the Red Hat Society in Salem, NH. She had an affinity for both domestic cats and wildlife, particularly elephants and was concerned for their welfare.

Mrs. Pasek is survived by her children: Cynthia McKinley, Barry Pasek, both of MA, Bradley Pasek of KY, and Bret Pasek of ME, seven cherished grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her partner Wayne Gauthier and her brothers, Robert and Richard LeBlanc.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to calling hours on Wednesday, December 10, from 10:00AM until 12:00PM.  A memorial funeral service will be held at 12:00PM in the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial is private. Donations in her name may be made to IFAW (International Fund for Animal Welfare).  Arrangements are under the direction of the Kevin B.
