Haverhill – Mary A. (Noonan) McElroy-Allen, 76, of Haverhill, died October 3, 2013 at the Baker-Katz Skilled Nursing Rehab Center with her family by her side.Born in Haverhill, she was the daughter of George J. and Anna F. (Marcelonis) Noonan. Educated in Haverhill, she attended Sacred Hearts Grammar School and was a graduate of St. James High School. Mary was employed in the local shoe industry. She also worked for Dunkin Donuts and Rich’s Variety Store. The widow of John F. Allen who died in 2000, she leaves her three brothers Michael P. Noonan and his wife Mary Lou, of Bradford, Gerard Noonan, of VT, and Joseph Noonan, of FL, three sisters Therese Zartarian, of Rye, NH, Anne Sarbanas, of Haverhill, Catherine Federico, of Clayton, NC, and several nieces and nephews.A Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 7 at 1:00 PM at the Hillside Cemetery, Route 97, Haverhill.
