Kingston, NH – Christopher Patrick “CJ” Davies, Jr.22, of Kingston, NH, formerly of Lawrence, and North Andover, passed away on Monday, November 17, at the Children’s Hospital in Boston with his family by his side. He fought a courageous life long battle with Cystic Fibrosis. Born in Schenectady, NY, he was the son of Barbara E. Wilson and Christopher P. Davies Sr. He attended the Frost School in South Lawrence, North Andover High School, and was a graduate from Timberlane Regional High School, class of 2012.Having to deal with this illness all of his life, Christopher was born a fighter. He had a free spirit and loveable, vivacious personality. Anyone having the pleasure to be around him new they were with someone special. Doctors, nurses, teachers, and family and friends felt blessed to know him and enjoyed his sense of humor. No matter how he felt on any given day, his motto was “Happiness is a choice” and when in his company, you had no choice but to feel that way. He never used his illness as a crutch, and always persevered. As most young men, he was passionate sports fan. He followed ESPN closely, and enjoyed watching all sports. Having multiple visits to Children’s Hospital throughout his life, he never let it bother him, in fact he put a positive spin on hospital stays enjoying the company of other patients and of course meeting many local sports legends and celebrities from all Boston teams, the Patriots, The Celtics and his favorite team The Boston Bruins. He loved listening music and making videos on you tube to spread awareness of the disease, or just to make people laugh. He loved his dogs, Tessa and Riley, and younger children. His way with children endeared him to all he met, they looked up to him.He is survived by his mother, Barbara E. Wilson and her partner, Donald R.
