Boxford – Christopher James Simmonds, 25, of Boxford, a beloved son, brother, and grandson, passed on to join those who had left before him on Friday, July 24th 2015. Born in Beverly, he was the son of Robert C. III, and Cynthia M. (Erwin) Simmonds. Raised and educated in Boxford, he was an outstanding athlete and played little league and high school baseball. He attended Boxford Public Schools and was a graduate of Masconomet Regional High School, Class of 2009. He furthered his education by attending Southern New Hampshire University, graduating in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Christopher was blessed with a great sense of humor and a huge heart. He was sincere, loyal, selfless and loving to all who had the pleasure to cross his path. He was a valued employee at Seaboard Products in Danvers, MA. He is survived by his loving father and mother, Robert C. III, and Cynthia M. (Erwin) Simmonds, of Boxford, his brother and sister in law, Kyle R. and Alyson N. (Curcuru) Simmonds, of Georgetown, grandparents, Robert C. Jr., and his wife, Janet (Anderson) Simmonds, of Wolfboro, NH, and Francine Erwin, of St. Petersburg, FL, as well as many loving uncles, aunts and cousins. He was also an animal lover and leaves his dog, Marley, and cat, Oreo. Friends and family are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Service for Christopher on Thursday, July 30th, at 11:00 AM at the Topsfield Congregational Church, 9 East Common St. Topsfield, MA 01983.
