Deborah A. (Karcher) Wemyss, 74, passed away after a long illness on December 9, 2025 at Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport.
Deborah was born in Boston on December 21, 1950, the daughter of Frank and Marjorie Karcher. She worked as an Executive Assistant at TH Lee, a private equity firm in Boston, from 1996 until 2015. Deborah enjoyed reading and traveling, and was a regular WBUR donor. She is survived by her sons Roger Wemyss and his wife Vanize of Hope, RI, and Fred Wemyss and his wife Ellen of Billerica.
