Haverhill – Alan Joseph Carlovitch, 62, of Haverhill died Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington after being stricken ill suddenly. Born in Haverhill, he was the son of Jack and Anna (Saulnier) Carlovitch. He attended Haverhill public schools and was a graduate of Haverhill trade School, class of 1969. As he was trained in the Automotive Repair Shop in Trade School, cars were his passion for the rest of his life. His long career in car sales included working at many dealerships throughout the Merrimack Valley, Walls Lincoln Mercury and Plaistow Subaru as well as others. Alan was also passionate about music and promoted many bands and musicians involved in the local entertainment industry. He leaves a brother, John L. Carlovitch and his wife Carol, of Garden Grove, CA, two aunts, Dora Brunault, of Amesbury, and Arlene Saulnier, of Boston, a nephew, John R. Carlovitch, of Gulf Port, FL, and a niece, Lynn Rheault, of Long Beach, CA, a great niece, Kelly Rheault and great nephew Jesse Rheault, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his grand nephew, Tyler R. Rheault. Friends and family are respectfully invited to attend a Graveside service for Alan on Monday afternoon at 1:00 PM at St. Joseph Cemetery, Hilldale Ave. Haverhill.
