Haverhill – Andrew J. Corrigan, 54, a lifelong resident of Haverhill passed away unexpectedly on June 13th at his residence. Born in Haverhill he was the son of the late Thomas J. and Charlotte (Hawkes) Corrigan. He attended Haverhill Public Schools and was a graduate of Haverhill High School, Class of 1979. He then continued his education and received his bachelor’s degree from UMass Amherst, Class of 1983. Mr.Corrigan was a self- employed home improvement contractor, Andrew Corrigan and Associates, worked most of his life throughout the Merrimack Valley. He loved to travel, especially to Saratoga, NY for the horse races. He also loved going to the movies. He was an avid fisherman, especially at Plum Island and loved the beach there. Mr. Corrigan had a beautiful vegetable garden that he tended with care. He loved his family, especially his nieces and nephews. He leaves behind two sisters, Ellen Joan Corrigan and her husband Frederick Moore of Scarborough, ME and Anne Corrigan Trafton and her husband Roger a brother, Peter Thomas Corrigan and his wife Lynne M. of Amesbury his nieces and nephews, Heather Moorewood, Heidi Fisher, Samuel Moore, Kathleen Corrigan, Michael Corrigan, Matthew Trafton,Alison Trafton and Hannah Trafton. Family and friends are respectfully invited to visiting hours on Thursday, June 18th from 4pm until 7pm at the Kevin B.
