Brian J. “Keefer” Keefe

Atkinson, NH – Brian J. “Keefer” Keefe, 64, husband of Kathleen R. (Rogers) Keefe, passed suddenly September 16, 2021 at Lahey Hospital in Burlington.

Born in Haverhill, he was the son of the late Thomas V. and Dorothy M. (Crites) Keefe and was a graduate of Haverhill High School, Class of 1974. He was employed for over 30 years as a Route Salesman and Office Manager for Sirois Foods in Lawrence. Brian was very active in the 4H Horse Club in Salem, a leader of the Silver Spurs. He was also President of Rockingham County 4H Leaders Association. Brian was an animal lover and was the gate keeper at the horse show at Deerfield Fair. He was the treasurer for WaterWheel Condo Association in Atkinson. Brian enjoyed traveling to Aruba and trips to Foxwoods and enjoyed playing Keno. Known for his generous and giving spirit he was always doing for others and was very thoughtful, never wanting recognition. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

Brian is survived by his loving wife Kathleen R. (Rogers) Keefe; brother Thomas J. Keefe and his wife Maureen of Haverhill; sisters Mary Keefe Dodier of Haverhill and Kathleen O’Brien of Atkinson, NH. In laws, Constance Rogers, Maureen E. Perkins and Attorney Kelly R. Spencer, all of Haverhill; nieces and nephews, Jamie O’Brien, Mark O’Brien, Melissa Keefe, Bridget Keefe, T.J. Keefe, Jennifer Anderson, Eric Dodier, Nathan Perkins, Jonathan Perkins, Rebecca Perkins, Aaron Spencer, Rachel Spencer and Sarah Spencer; and several grand nieces and nephews.

    My condolences to Pat’s family. It is hard to believe he is no longer here. See you on the other side kiddo. You will be missed greatly.

    Very Sorry for your loss. Such a giving guy and AWSOME 4-H Leader. He and I shared a lot of laughs over the years at the Deerefield 4 – H shows. He will be missed. RIP Brian.
