Denise M. (Paradis) LaValley, 53, of Haverhill, died Friday, Feb. 26, 2010 at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, after being stricken ill suddenly at home.Born in Haverhill, she was the daughter of the late John A. Paradis and Agnes M. (Clement). She attended Haverhill Public Schools and Haverhill High School..Mrs. LaValley was employed as a skiver for the Bixby International Company in Newburyport.A talented crafter, she was a selfless, generous person, and enjoyed giving personal gifts of love to friends and family. Along with her sister, she looked forward to Tuesday night bingo at the Plaistow Fish and Game Club.She leaves her beloved husband of 20 years, Eugene “Gene” LaValley of Haverhill her daughter, Carrie-Ann (McFadden) Quinney of Deering, N.H. two stepdaughters, Angela J. LaValley of Davie, Fla., Stepanie J. LaValley of Lake Tahoe, Nev. cherished grandchildren, Taylor, Kaitlyn and Eric T. Quinney Jr. three brothers, David M. Paradis and his wife Nancy of Haverhill, Andre G. Breton and his wife Angela of Haverhill, Gaston N. Breton Jr. of Key West, Fla. sisters, Donna M. Paradis, Debra M. Rake and her husband Danny, all of Topeka, Kan., Diane M. Aubrey and her husband Raymond of Plaistow, Jacqueline C. Bushong of Florida half sisters, Kathleen J. Talbot of Goodyear, Ariz., Kendra Bisson of Somerworth, N.H., Karolyn Thomas of Henderson, Nev., and several nieces and nephews.ARRANGEMENTS: Friends and family are respectfully invited to call on Tuesday, March 2, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St. (Route 125) Haverhill. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Burial will take place in the spring at Atkinson Cemetery, Atkinson, N.H.
