Dave, Dana and family, so sorry for your loss, our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
I have to tell you a story your mom and I had. I went to her one day at the purchasing office and asked her to order something I needed at the Fire Dept garage . ASAP. I will never forget her response and I quete, Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part. Yup she was right. To this day I live by that statement always.
    Thank you, Betty. RIP

Please accept my deepest sympathies. I had the good fortune of working with Betty at City Hall and she was always ready to help and always had a smile and regardless of the problem Betty always had a willingness to help others. She will be greatly missed by all who had the good fortune of knowing her.

Betty and I worked together through many large and small contracts at City Hall. Whether very large, such as for a new school, or very small, Betty was fair, had an extreme eye for detail, and was always honest to the core. She was a model city department head, a pillar of our community, and a wonderful family person. To all my friends in the Burrill family, and to those I do not know, please accept my deepest sympathies
