HAVERHILL – Eugene “Geno” LaValley, 77, of Fort Lauderdale, FL passed away on Wednesday, July 31 at Trustbridge Hospice in Pompano Beach, FL.
Geno was born in Haverhill the son of Homer and Bernice (Francescone) LaValley. Geno served proudly in the United States Air Force and then went on to work for many years at Bixby International as a machinist in the shoe industry.
Geno is survived by his daughter Angela Mahoney her husband Brian of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, daughter Stephanie LaValley of Washoe Valley, NV and step-daughter Carrie Ann Doherty and her children Taylor, Kaitlyn and Eric of Derry, NH. He was predeceased by his loving wife Denise (Paradis) LaValley.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Saturday, August 10th from 9:00AM until 10:30AM followed by a funeral home chapel service at 10:30AM at the Kevin B. Geno was a sweet man, very kind, very soft spoken. I remember he loved the beach. My deepest condolences to you. We have lost an angel. He is deeply missed.
