Haverhill – Janice L. (Buzzell) Sacoco, 79, wife of Joseph P. Sacoco, Jr. passed away April 19, 2022 at High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill with her loving family by her side.
Born in Haverhill, she was the daughter of the late Charles R. and Rita A. (Fantini) Buzzell. Raised in Haverhill, she was a graduate of Haverhill High School. For over twenty-five years, she was the Office Manager at TEK Coating in Haverhill and later Amesbury and was devoted to her job. She was an avid reader, enjoyed spending time at the beach and loved hosting many family dinners and events through the years. Janice traveled throughout the United States including the Hawaiian Islands. She was a pillar of strength, love and unity for her entire family and cherished the time she spent with her children and grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her loving husband Joseph, she is survived by her children, Richard LeBlond, Jr. and his wife Diana of Salem, NH; Dianne Enaire and her husband Joseph of Newton, NH; Lisa LeBlond of Sherborne, MA; her former son-in-law James Ekins and his wife Patty of Merrimack, NH; nine grandchildren, Ali Enaire, Chris Enaire, Jacqueline Ekins, Matthew Ekins, Chandler Ekins, James LeBlond, Michael, Adam and Shaina Clarke; brother John Buzzell and his husband Robert Blakesley of Haverhill; sister-in-law Susan Buzzell of Derry, NH; and many extended family members. She was predeceased by her brother Chuck Buzzell of Derry, NH.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, April 24th from 2:00PM until 4:00PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, April 25th at 10:00AM at All Saints Parish, 120 Bellevue Ave., Haverhill. 34 years ago, my family moved to Haverhill. I attended one of the 1st pow wows you had, and I was mesmerized. Knowing I had native blood in me, you had helped direct me in traditions, in knowledge, and in all Indian ways for a young boy to know.
