Haverhill \u2013 Roxanne R. (Baxter) Rousseau, 67, passed away April 24 at Nevins Nursing Home in Methuen with her loving family by her side.<\/p>\n
Born in Goshen, New York, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Grace Baxter. She was employed in the shoe industry when she was young and also worked at various retail stores throughout the Haverhill area. Roxanne loved all animals and fed stray animals and birds whenever she could. Her cats were her whole world. Roxanne was a kind, loving, caring and generous woman who loved her family. She always looked forward to spending time with them and will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.<\/p>\n
Roxanne is survived by her daughter, Michelle Rousseau of Haverhill; son in law Louis Moyer; granddaughter Melissa Rousseau and great grandson Kevin Anthony. She was predeceased by her son Thomas Anthony Rousseau, III.<\/p>\n
