Diane Lee Fitzgerald, 49, passed away December 12, 2022 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.<\/p>\n
Born in Newburyport, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Frances (Sargent) Fitzgerald. Raised in Haverhill, she was a graduate of Whittier Tech, Class of 1991. Diane was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Brigham Manor Health and Rehab in Newburyport. She loved to shop and was known as a fashionable woman. She enjoyed crafting, singing, dancing and taking road trips with her family. A devoted mother to her children, She had a big heart and wanted to help everyone she could. Diane leaves her soul mate of 23 years, Daniel Romaniello. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.<\/p>\n
Diane is survived by her loving daughter Shantel Cruz and her husband Ezequiel of Methuen; her three loving sons, Julius, Deyani and Armani Romaniello, all of Haverhill; her soul mate and partner Daniel Romaniello Jr. of Haverhill; brother Robert F. Fitzgerald Jr. and his wife Ami of Haverhill and sister Heather Teal of Haverhill; three grandchildren, Lianah, Janiyah and Ezra; nephews, Robert, Cam, Walter, Tyler and Matthew, who were like sons to her; and many other nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters Cheryl Fitzgerald and Wendy Teal.<\/p>\n
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, December 18 from 2:00PM until 5:00PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill.
