Lillian was born in Haverhill on November 17, 1942 and was the daughter of the late Lawrence C. and Eleanor (Bonin) Wheeler.<\/div>\n

Lillian was raised in South Boston and was a graduate of Pius High School in Lincoln Nebraska. After high school she got married. She travelled and lived all over the United States including, Lincoln, Nebraska, TorC, New Mexico and East Hampstead, NH. She was an avid artist who enjoyed decorating. She loved spending time with family and being a grandmother. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her.<\/div>\n

Lillian was the beloved wife of Jay L. Smith. She was the loving mother of Jay C. Smith and his wife Rae of Maine, Mark B. Smith of East Hampstead, NH., and Heather A. Peters and her husband Greg of Pelham, NH. She was the brother of Laurence Wheeler and his wife Sherri of CA, and Paul Wheeler and his wife Janet of Salem, NH. She was also the cherished grandmother and great-grandmother to several.<\/div>\n
