Dracut, MA \u00a0\u2013 Arthur J \u201cBiff\u201d Bifano, 71, died on Sunday, February 5 at the Tufts Medical Center in Boston.<\/p>\n
Arthur was born in Bronx, New York on August 26, 1951 and was the son of the late Ramold Premier and Sophia (Bifano) Premier.\u00a0 Arthur worked in the manufacturing industry as an assembler. He lived with his caregivers John Chakar and Jennifer Oriakhi at Fidelity House. He was active in several programs there in both Lawrence and Dracut. Arthur loved family visits and spending holidays with his family. He also enjoyed singing and dancing to the music of The Monkees and The Archies but most of all he loved Popeye the Sailor Man (toot, toot).<\/p>\n
Arthur is survived by his siblings Theresa (Premier) Adami, Yorktown Height, NY, Joanne (Premier) Merchant, Haverhill, MA , Donna (Premier) Tellier, Yorktown Heights, NY, Cynthia (Premier) Kenney, Goffstown, NH, several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.\u00a0 He is also pre-deceased by a sister Marie Fucca.<\/p>\n
A Funeral Service will be celebrated in St. Mary\u2019s Immaculate Conception Cemetery Mausoleum on Saturday, February 11 at 11:00 AM.\u00a0 Arrangements are in the care of the Kevin B.
