Diane T. Caruso, 67, of Plaistow, NH, passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at the High Pointe Hospice in Haverhill with loving family by her side.<\/p>\n
Born in Methuen on April 23, 1955, she was the daughter of the late G. Thomas and Shirley (Solari) Caruso and a 1973 graduate of Haverhill High School.<\/p>\n
Diane was retired from Home Health VNA where she worked in the medical records department and didn\u2019t miss an opportunity to decorate her cubicle for holidays, birthdays and especially when the Red Sox or Patriots were in the playoffs.\u00a0 Diane grew up playing cards with her family and friends and in more recent years you could often find her playing in a local 45 tournament.\u00a0 Diane\u2019s friendships were decades long with bonds that brought laughter, joy, companionship and mutual support.<\/p>\n
Diane was the beloved sister of Thomas Caruso and wife Alison of Bethlehem, NH, Ronald Caruso and wife Sandy of Salem, NH, Joanna Gosselin and husband Richard of Merrimac, MA and Marianne Caruso of San Diego, CA.<\/p>\n
She was also the cherished \u201cAuntie Di\u201d of Keleigh Caruso, Adam Caruso, Veronica Mailhot, Paul Caruso, Samantha Caruso, Jessica Zambrano, Joseph Reilly, Joshua Reilly, Alan Gosselin, Jacob Gariepy and\u00a0Andrea Gariepy,\u00a0as well as several great nieces and nephews and predeceased by her nephew Blair Gosselin.\u00a0 She was Godmother to Casey Asprogiannis, Jay Silva and Micael DeFusco.\u00a0 She enjoyed the dual role of auntie and godmother to Jacob, Veronica and Adam. Di loved to spoil her nieces, nephews and godchildren taking them on many different adventures near and far. She enjoyed special relationships with many of her cousins.<\/p>\n
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours in the Kevin B Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St, Haverhill on Saturday, February 18, from 11:00-1:00 PM followed by a Memorial Service in the funeral home at 1:00 PM. \u00a0 As Diane was a lifelong New England sports teams fan, the family would like to welcome anyone to wear their local team attire.
