HAVERHILL \u2013 Gloria M. (Colantonio) DiMattia, 95, of Haverhill, passed away peacefully on Wednesday July 12 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House.<\/p>\n
Gloria was born in Haverhill on February 25, 1928 to Anthony and Nancy (Fasulo) Colantonio.\u00a0 She was raised Catholic and attended St. Joseph\u2019s Grammar School and then Haverhill High School, graduating Class of 1946.\u00a0 Gloria worked as a quality control inspector in the shoe industry and later for Lucent Technologies.\u00a0 She loved traveling to Lauderdale by the Sea in Florida, spending time at Hampton Beach with her loving and faithful husband Philip.<\/p>\n
Gloria is survived by her daughter Elisa DiMattia and partner Michael Lorenzo, Haverhill, a brother Richard Colantonio, Danville NH and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Philip P. DiMattia.<\/p>\n
ARRANGEMENTS \u2013 Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, July 21 from 11AM until 12:30PM followed by a funeral service at 12:30PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill. Burial to follow at St. Patrick\u2019s Cemetery, 395 N.
