TOWNSEND \u2013 William J. Cormier III, 40, of Townsend, formerly of Haverhill, husband of Jennifer (Alicea) Cormier, passed away on Friday, November 24 at his home.<\/p>\n
William was born in Navasota, Texas on October 23, 1983 to William J. Cormier II and Suzanne M. (Jacobs) Stevens. He attended Haverhill schools and was a graduate of Haverhill High School, Class of 2001. William enjoyed spending time hiking, kayaking, fishing and he loved his dog. \u00a0He was carpenter\/framer, a hard worker, and a member of the Local 723 Carpenter\u2019s Union.\u00a0 William will be most remembered as a devoted husband, father and son.<\/p>\n
William is survived by his wife Jennifer (Alicea) Cormier, of Townsend, his father William Cormier, II and his wife Judith, of Townsend, and his mother Suzanne M. (Jacobs) Stevens and her husband Raymond. He also leaves behind sons Darius Kirksey Lanier, of Lowell, Matthew Lee Borges, of Townsend, and Nathaniel Cruz, of Townsend, daughter Lina Marie DeJesus, of Lawrence, granddaughters Abigail R. Cunningham and baby Sapphire Dream, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.<\/p>\n
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, December 1 from 9AM until 11AM, followed by a funeral home chapel service at 11AM at the Kevin B. Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill. Burial will follow at St. Mary\u2019s Immaculate Conception Cemetery, 29 Barker Street, Lawrence, MA.
