HAVERHILL \u2013 J. Eileen. (Jeddry) Gallo, 78, of Haverhill, died peacefully with her girls by her side on Monday, January 1, at the Lahey Clinic Hospital in Burlington.<\/p>\n
Eileen was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada on November 13, 1945 to Thomas C. and Winnifred G. (Ryan) Jeddry.\u00a0 She was a graduate of Everett High School, Class of 1963. Eileen resided in Lynn for most of her adult life but moved to Haverhill in 2017 to be closer to her family. Her earliest career was as a talented hairdresser, after which she worked in the healthcare industry in medical records until her retirement.\u00a0 In her latter years she lived in the AHEPA community where she enjoyed art classes, gardening, holiday festivities, and the nightly social gatherings with her friends. Her constant companion of 20 years was her beloved Miss Kitty who she adored. Her strong and sassy personality wrapped a warm and generous heart.<\/p>\n
Eileen is survived by her daughter Roberta and her wife Regina Riviezzo, of Derry, NH, her son Richard and his wife Rebecca Gallo, of Erie, PA, and also her sister Margaret Jeddry, of Meteghan, Nova Scotia. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Samuel Gauthier, of Nashua, NH and Heather and her husband Matthew Collins, of Salem, NH; and two great-grandchildren.<\/p>\n
