TIDEWELL, FL. \u00a0– Eileen T. (Hoar, Rheaume)\u00a0Sweeney, formerly of Haverhill, passed away peacefully on Nov 1, 2024 at Tidewell Hospice House, Port Charlotte, Florida.<\/p>\n
Eileen was born 10\/22\/1927 in Haverhill, MA. She attended St. James Grammar School and graduated from Haverhill High School and MacIntosh Business School.\u00a0She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, reading magazines, watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy with a dish of ice cream. She was a proficient seamstress. Eileen cherished her Irish heritage, especially her trip to Ireland for her 80th birthday.<\/p>\n
Eileen was an only child. She is preceded in death by her parents, John M. Hoar and Julia A (Cleary) Hoar, and her former husband Wilfred H Rheaume.<\/p>\n
She is survived by her 2 daughters,\u00a0 Patricia (Raymond) Shepard and Nancy Warman; grandsons Scott, Steve (Leanna) and Kevin (Misha) Shepard; William and Chris (Hannah) Ballinger; great granddaughters Emmy Rose and Laurynn Ballinger and a great-great grandson, Camden; ex-husband\u00a0 Richard Sweeney and his son Kenny (Cheryl) and Meaghan (Sweeney) Kezer; and her dear friend and sister-in-law, Geraldine (O’Leary) Rheaume.<\/p>\n
ARRANGEMENTS: A Celebration of Life service will be held at a future date in Haverhill, MA.
