KINGSTON, NH \u2013 Aiden J. Roche, 20, formerly of Kensington, NH, son of James and Laura (Patten) Roche of Kingston, NH passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2025, surrounded by family and close friends at Mass General Hospital in Boston, MA.\u00a0 Aiden leaves numerous other friends and family members who mourn his sudden passing.<\/p>\n
Aiden was born on September 18, 2004, in Boston.\u00a0 He attended Kensington Elementary School, Cooperative Middle School and graduated from Exeter High School in 2023.\u00a0 He was currently attending the University of New Hampshire studying Finance.<\/p>\n
Born with a congenital heart condition, Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, Aiden faced many struggles in his early life.\u00a0 As he grew older, he placed a lot of importance on his health doing everything he could to live a long and healthy life.\u00a0\u00a0 One of his main passions was working out and keeping his body strong.\u00a0 In addition to weightlifting, he enjoyed playing Xbox with friends, movies, photography, Legos, and Japanese culture.\u00a0 He was an active member of UNH’s Film and Photography clubs.\u00a0 He leaves his family with numerous memories of growing up traveling, skiing, and golfing together.<\/p>\n
He had an unwavering gentle, kind, and thoughtful demeanor.\u00a0 Words cannot express the legacy he leaves and how he touched those who were lucky enough to know him.<\/p>\n
Aiden is survived by his parents James W. and Laura (Patten) Roche, and his twin brother Colin W. Roche of Kingston, NH.\u00a0 He is also survived by his grandfather John R. \u201cDick\u201d Roche of Groveland, his Aunt Pamela Patten and partner Michael Proulx of Hampton, NH, uncles Michael E Roche of Flagstaff, AZ, Daniel J. Roche of Salem, NH, John P \u201cJack\u201d Roche of Atkinson, NH and Kevin J. Roche of Groveland, MA.\u00a0 He also leaves cousins James Tirone of Haverhill, MA, Monica Roche of Georgetown, MA, Tori (Roche) and husband Michael Falite of Salisbury, MA and Haley Blaisdell and Conor Blaisdell of Hampton, NH.\u00a0 Aiden was predeceased by his grandmother Esther (Blaisdell) Roche, his grandparents Richard \u201cDain\u201d and Maureen (Brady) Patten and his uncle Brian R. Roche.<\/p>\n
