Haverhill \u2013 Robert B. Doucette, 72, passed away March 10, 2017 at his daughter Diane Doucette and grandson Niko Doucette\u2019s home with which he lived with for over 20 years in Haverhill.Born in Haverhill, he was the son of the late Charles and Irene (Desmarais) Doucette. HE was raised and educated in Haverhill and was a graduate of Haverhill High School Trade School, Class of 1962. He was employed in the shoe industry of Haverhill for a few years before working in carpentry and property management. He was the proprietor of Doucette Carpentry for many years. Robert enjoyed travelling especially to Las Vegas. He enjoyed football and basketball games. Robert volunteered calling Bingo in many local parish halls. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Robert is survived by his children, Diane L. Doucette of Haverhill Carol Doucette and Sherrie Doucette, both of Farmington, NH Jason Cook and his wife Sherry of Haverhill two grandchildren, Niko Doucette and Myah Scanlon his siblings, Edward, Charles and Ralph Doucette, Shirley Doucette, Margaret Belmer and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Dorothy Chaplick and a brother, Richard Doucette. Funeral services will be private. Arrangements are by the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill.
