FT. PIERCE, FL – Constance “Connie” (Billis) Williams passed suddenly, but peacefully, of heart failure early on Saturday morning April 9, 2022 in her Fort Pierce, FL home where she has lived the last 18 years with her loving husband Mark Williams.

Born in Haverhill, MA to Constantine (Costa) and Joan Billis, Connie lived in Groveland, MA her entire childhood and married her high school sweetheart and soul mate, Mark.  If you were fortunate enough to know Connie, you know she had the biggest heart of anyone you will ever meet. Connie loved daily phone calls with family and friends, she closed every call with “Love You, Bye”. She was kind, funny, and always thoughtful of others. She had a special affection for children, the elderly, and all animals and pets. Connie enjoyed the beach and was talented at gardening and cooking.

Connie is survived by her husband of 48 years, Mark; their son Jason Williams, his wife Leborah and son Bryan; their daughter Kate Rogers and her husband Gabriel, and their children, Gabriel, Jak and Meadow; her brother James (Jim) Billis; brother Stephen Billis and his wife Deborah;  sister-in-law Melissa (Williams) Kimball and many loving cousins and close friends.

    To Connie’s family, I was so saddened by the sudden loss. Mark, you were on my mind as I knew what was in store for me someday. My mom loved Connie. She was a kind and thoughtful person and great gardener ❤️ I’m glad to have the opportunity to pay my respects to you and your family. I think there may be a grand Billis reunion going on in heaven. Love and prayers to you all.
