HELPING WITH GRIEF

Testimonials

They truly do not make them like Kevin Comeau anymore. Very few have a heart like his, and yes, he’s got wings under his sport coat! Not only is he a friend but the only person I’d ever entrust any of my family with in a time of need. Thank you Kevin for answering my call at midnight and for just being there whenever I/we needed you. Your warmth and true compassion is unmatched. I’ll forever be grateful to call you my friend, thank you for that!

— Love always Shelly

My parents both passed away within the last two years. Both of them died while in the state of Florida. We contacted Kevin Comeau and he handled the arrangements with bringing my parents back to Massachusetts for burial here in Haverhill.

When the time comes that there is a death in the family, you really aren’t thinking too clearly, and are in need of a person who has compassion and kindness to guide you to do the things that need to be taken care of.  We have had the occasion to use some other funeral homes in Haverhill, MA in the past and have felt that they lacked the compassion dealing with you during a terrible time.

I recall dealing with an un-named funeral director who buried my younger sister 5 yrs ago. He was very gruff and short with us while making the arrangements, like it was just a business to him with no feeling.

My Mother passed away the end of last month, and I feel that Kevin Comeau made the entire process so much easier to deal with for my entire family. I really don’t know what we would have done without his expertise. It is not difficult to see that Kevin takes so much pride in the service and caring that he gives to people.

Dear Kevin,
It was so important to my family and I that we take a moment and thank you for your extraordinary service to our Susanne and all of us. Susanne, after her prognosis, made the decision to visit your funeral home and came home with such conviction that you and your staff was the appropriate choice for her final arrangements. That time is so difficult for family…we want to resist the reality and yet rise to the occasion and fulfill the wishes that Susanne expressed. You made each step of that process not only easier, but somehow, joyful. We never lost sight of the celebration of Susanne’s life that she had asked for; you and your staff gave us the opportunity to join with family and friends to celebrate, mourn, and honor all that Susanne meant to us.

This time is one of great difficulty; we are thankful for your professionalism and compassion. You and your staff aided our family in a demanding time and we are forever grateful.

— Sincerely, Linda Ruscio

Hello Kevin,
This is from Chris (the youngest one) and Cookie Bradshaw — Chris would like to thank you for everything you did for my Mom.

Under such terrible circumstances, dealing with you and your staff was such a pleasure. You and your staff were at our beck and call and went above and beyond in dealing with burying Mom. Dealing with all of you brought our family such comfort knowing everything was going to run as smoothly as possible. And you, Kevin, mentioning Mom and Dad personally in your comforting words meant so very much to us.

Thank you again in making Mom’s passing with dignity and grace.

— Respectfully, Chris and Cookie

I was so pleased with the service Kevin provided for my mom and family. He answered the phone to my surprise at 5:30 in the morning when I called to leave a message that my mom had just passed away. He transformed my mom into the healthy and dignified woman that she was before she became ill. Kevin was thorough, compassionate and a great advisor. I would most definitely call on his services again (hopefully not too soon).

— Thank you Kevin, Jim McCarthy

Thank you so much for the wonderful care and compassion you showed for my family!
Many “Thank you’s” again!

Dear Kevin B. Comeau, I just wanted to tell you that Jeff, Russell and I could not have gone through what we had to last night with the loss of our blessed mother without you! It was an amazing night because of you. XO

— Wendy Comeau

Kevin & Staff: I wanted to take a moment of your time to tell you how much we appreciated what you did for our families when we lost Big John. Everything was very nice and we cannot thank you enough for helping us through this rough time.

Thank you from all of us who loved John!
