Colleen T. Hayes

Northwood, NH – Colleen T. Hayes, 55, passed away March 25, 2019 at her home with her loving family by her side.

Born in Malden, she was the daughter of Carolyn I. (Donnelly) Edwards and Francis J. Hayes. She was a graduate of Whittier Vocational Tech, Class of 1982. Colleen was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked at various nursing homes throughout the area. She loved nature, gardening and spending time outdoors, especially with all her cousins on girl week at Big Diamond Pond in New Hampshire. With her infectious laugh and great sense of humor, Colleen was loved by everyone who knew her. She was a giving, loving woman who had a kind heart. A loving, devoted mother, she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Colleen is survived by her children, Jillian Baker and her husband Louis of Northwood, NH; Robert Witham of Holton, ME; Olivia Davis of Presque Isle, ME; her mother Carolyn Edwards and her husband Attorney Joseph C. Edwards of Haverhill; her partner, Jeffrey Belmer; her brothers, Kevin P. Hayes of Nashville, TN; Eric R. Hayes and Lisa Peterson of Bradford; Steven L. Hayes of Raymond, NH; her aunts Christine Roberts and her husband Joseph of Jacksonville, FL and Elizabeth Donnelly; her grandchildren, Robin Witham and Ariella Bell; nephew Thomas Leslie of Nashville, TN; her caregiver Emma Wood; and several close cousins.
