Haverhill – Cory D. Walker, 31, husband of the late Kellie A. (Lowney) Walker, who passed away in March of this year, passed away September 18, 2019 in Haverhill.
Born in Newburyport, he was the son of Cynthia J. (Payson) Desjardins of Haverhill and Daniel Leveille of Merrimac. Raised and educated in Haverhill, he was a graduate of Whittier Tech, Class of 2006. A plumber by trade, Cory worked for Cliff Peters Plumbing, formerly of Haverhill, before starting his own plumbing business. He played football during high school and was a big fan of the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox. Cory loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, camping, boating, four wheeling, dirt bikes and motorcycles. A devoted father, he loved spending time with his children. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his loving parents, Cory is survived by his children, Domenic and Angel Paulina Walker; his siblings, Megan Walker of Haverhill; Valerie Walker of Boston; Jeffrey Walker of Haverhill; Brandon Desjardins of Haverhill; Christopher Desjardins of Haverhill; his stepfather, Mark A. Desjardins of Haverhill; his stepmother, Sharon Fitzgerald of Merrimac; his grandmother, Beverly Leveille of Haverhill; and many cousins and friends.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, September 24 from 4:00PM until 6:30PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill.
