I was saddened to read of his passing. He seemed pretty much as i knew him the last time I saw him at the gathering in Auburn at the Village Inn. He was always so friendly and down to earth to me. I wished I had known more of his accomplishments before his passing. I always seem to learn more about people from their obituaries. Just shows for all his accomplishments, he was a modest person. I wish I had known him better. His immediate family had a lot to be proud of having been a son or daughter of such a man.
