Kathleen A. (Kimbrell) Szpyt

Haverhill – Kathleen Ann (Kimbrell) Szpyt, 61, passed away February 15, 2019 at Holy Family Hospital in Haverhill with her loving family by her side.

Born in Haverhill, she was the daughter of Ruth R. (Hill) Currier and the late Glen Kimbrell. Raised and educated in Haverhill, she was a graduate of Haverhill High School, Class of 1975. Kathleen was employed as a landscaper for Barton Landscaping for many years. She also tended bar at R.J.’s in Haverhill. Known as a dedicated and hardworking employee, she loved working with her hands and landscaping. A devoted mother and grandmother, she set the example for hard work and dedication for her family. Kathleen will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her loving mother Ruth, Kathleen in survived by her children, James M. Szpyt of Billerica; Kelley M. Szpyt of Derry, NH; Mariann R. Szpyt and her husband Heredio Figueroa of Manchester, NH; Laurie J. Szpyt of Haverhill; fifteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; sisters, Diane Kimbrell of Haverhill; Patricia Martin and her husband Thomas of Haverhill; Joanne Currier of Rochester, NH; and several nieces and nephews.
