Noemi Diaz, 69, of Lawrence, passed away on February 28, 2026 at the High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill.
Noemi was born in Santiago in the Dominican Republic on August 10, 1956 to Mauel A, Diaz and Maria F. Delacruz. She came to the U.S. at the age of 12 and was a graduate of Lawrence High School. Noemi was a very happy, joyful lady and a devoted mother, sister and aunt. She enjoyed watching her favorite shows, walking around her neighborhood, eating Chinese food, and listening to Christian music. Noemi is survived by her son Sammi Diaz of Lawrence, her brother Carlos M. Diaz of FL, and her sisters Dorca Mercedes Diaz of Miami, FL, and Elizabeth Diaz of Lowell. She was predeceased by her sister Brunilda Diaz.
