HAVERHILL – Jeffrey L. Zoulias, 67

It is with deep sadness that we remember and celebrate the life of our beloved brother, Jeffrey Louis Zoulias, who passed away on July 8, 2026, at the age of 67. Born and raised in Haverhill, Massachusetts, Jeffrey spent his final months in North Carolina with his sister and her husband, where he was surrounded by love, comfort, and devoted care.

Jeffrey will be remembered for his warm smile, quiet strength, unique spirit, and the genuine kindness he showed to everyone he met. He was preceded in death by his father, William Zoulias, and his son, Jeffrey Zoulias Jr., and his niece Christine Zoulias. He leaves behind his loving mother, Mary Zoulias; his sisters, Patricia, Debbie, Karen, Mary, and Laurie Hurley; his brother, William Zoulias; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will always cherish his memory.

A proud Haverhill High School Hillie, Jeffrey loved football and was especially known for his passion for walking. He could often be found walking miles each day, taking life one step at a time. His family invites all who knew him to honor his memory by taking a walk, whether with someone you love or in quiet reflection, remembering the gentle spirit that made Jeffrey so special.

Jeffrey believed in hard work and helping others. He faithfully volunteered at a local convenience store in Haverhill, stocking freezers and cleaning each evening with dedication and pride; and also seasonally as a bell ringer for the Salvation Army He also spent countless hours helping family and friends with appliance removals, boiler removals, yard work, and cleanups. Throughout his life, he worked wherever he was needed, including delivering The Phoenix newspaper in Boston and taking daily placement jobs through a temporary agency in Lawrence. No task was beneath him if it meant lending a hand or earning an honest living.

Jeffrey had an extreme passion for music, especially Rock and Roll like Led Zepplin, Steeley Dan, Pink Floyd and the Eagles. More than anything, Jeffrey leaves behind a legacy of kindness, forgiveness, and compassion. He often reminded us that hate and anger are burdens not worth carrying, even when they seem justified, and that love, understanding, and grace are always the better path. Those words, and the way he lived them, are among the greatest gifts he leaves us.

Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that Jeffrey’s life touched so many people. We will honor his memory by striving to live with the same generosity, patience, humility, and love that he shared so freely. His smile, his strength, and his gentle heart will remain with us always. May God bless our brother, and may he rest in eternal peace.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Friday, July 24^th from 11AM until 1PM, followed by a funeral home chapel service at 1PM at the Kevin B.
