Charlotte R. (Van Wart) Villers June 30, 1937 - December 12, 2020

Haverhill – Charlotte R. (Van Wart) Villers, 83, wife of the late Ernest A. Villers, passed away December 12, 2020 at Holy Family Hospital in Haverhill.

Born in Haverhill, she was the daughter of the late Wallace and Ida M. (Shaw) Van Wart who raised her. Charlotte’s biological father and mother were the late George B. and Mabel Hitchcock. She was raised and educated through the Haverhill school system. She was employed at Metal Tronics in Bradford for a number of years. Charlotte was a member of the New Life Christian Assembly of God Church in Haverhill. She loved learning the Spanish language, dining out and enjoyed being with people. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Charlotte is survived by her children, Ida May Villers of Haverhill; Ernest A. Villers of Merrimac; Wallace H. Villers of Porter, ME; Timothy J. Villers of Haverhill; five grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; sisters, Phillis Hitchcock of Haverhill; Shirley Gauthier of Haverhill; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband Ernest, she was predeceased by her son Patrick Villers, her sister June Hitchcock and brothers Ronald, Richard Carl and Fredrick Hitchcock.
