Haverhill – Kathleen H. (Chase) Hamilton, 80, passed away February 6, 2022 at Penacook Place in Haverhill.

Born in Georgetown, she was the daughter of the late Albert F. and Alberta (Hardy) Chase of Georgetown. Raised and educated in Georgetown, she attended Georgetown Public Schools. Kathleen enjoyed doing crossword, jigsaw puzzles, crocheting, and quilting. She was well known for her famous Tomato Soup Cake.  During her life Kathleen held numerous employment roles including Haverhill Shoe Factory, Hale Hospital Cafeteria, and School Bus Driver for Handicapped/Disabled Children.  She loved family gatherings with her large family and enjoyed her times at Lake Winnipesauke in New Hampshire. A devoted wife and mother, Kathleen will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Kathleen is survived by her life partner Norman C. Lowther of Haverhill, and children, Doreen Peluso and her husband Jim of Duncan, AZ; Cynthia Aragon and her husband Arthur of Murrieta, CA; Michelle Robinson and her partner Dave Cook of Ashland, KY; Donna Kee and her husband Stephen of Haverhill; Arthur Hamilton, Jr. of Haverhill and Kathleen S. Hamilton and her partner Timothy Carey of Exeter, NH, sister Muriel Jeanne of Haverhill, and sister-in-law Helen Hamilton of Salem, NH.  Kathleen also leaves fifteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur J. Hamilton, Sr., son Scott Scamporino, brother Franklin “Bud” Chase, sisters Juana Germaine, Hallie Flanders and Nola Claridge.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Thursday February 10 from 4:00PM until 7:00PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. Funeral services will be on Friday morning at 10:00AM in the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, Primrose St., Haverhill.
