Haverhill – Liliane (Quintiliani) Nicolosi, 85, wife of Joseph R. Nicolosi, passed away March 2, 2022 with her loving family by her side.
Born in Strasbourg, France, she was the adopted daughter of her aunt and uncle, Mary (DiBona) and Gennaro Quintiliani. Her father, Carlo Quintiliani passed away when she was 10 and her mother Pasqualina Quintiliani passed away when she was a young woman. At the age of 16 she traveled to the United States, settled in Haverhill and was a graduate of Haverhill High School, Class of 1956. Liliane was proficient in five languages, French, Italian, English, German and Spanish. She worked in childcare at Hampstead Academy and at Pentucket Bank. A lover of all kinds of music, she would dance every day to her favorites. Known for her excellent cooking she was a French and Italian chef. With her husband Joseph, she traveled the world and across the United States. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her loving husband Joseph, she is survived by her children Richard J. Nicolosi and his fiancé` Lisa Davey of Salem, NH and Dina M. Nicolosi and her fiancé` Charles Raskiewicz of Hampstead, NH; grandchildren Joseph Nicolosi and Michael and Tina Nicolosi; great granddaughter Vivienne Nicolosi; siblings Anthony Quintiliani of Boca Raton, FL, Frank Quintiliani of Haverhill, Danny Quintiliani and his wife Charlotte of Strasbourg, France, Maria Oberlin of Strasbourg, France and Anna De Faisse of Cannes, France; and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her siblings Loretta, Anthony and Donato Quintiliani. The family would like to thank Whittier Rehab and Hannah Duston Health Care for their wonderful care of Liliane.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, March 6 from 2:00PM until 4:00PMat the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. Funeral services will begin on Monday morning at 9:00 in the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:30AM in All Saints Church, 120 Bellevue Ave., Haverhill. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, North Broadway, Haverhill.
